Working Principle of Double-Tooth Roller Crusher:

1. Structural Composition: The machine mainly consists of rollers, roller support bearings, and clamping and adjustment devices. The two crushing rollers are fixed on rotating shafts, supported by bearings at both ends, and installed on the base.
2. Bolts secure the active roller to the base frame, while the driven roller is equipped with a safety spring and a movable bearing. When adjusting the roller gap or when a metal object falls between the rollers, the driven roller can move horizontally, preventing damage to machine parts.
3. Working Principle: The machine’s driving mechanism uses one or two motors, which drive the rollers through belt drives. The rollers rotate in opposite directions to crush materials. During operation, the material enters through the feed port, where the rollers roll and squeeze it, resulting in crushed material that is discharged from the bottom frame.
