Product description

The roller crusher (also known as double roller crusher) crushes materials via strong extrusion force after raw materials enter the crushing chamber, and the crushed finished products are discharged naturally from the bottom. When encountering excessively hard or uncrushable foreign objects, the movable roll can automatically retreat to protect the machine. It is mainly composed of roller wheels, supporting bearings, compression adjustment devices, and driving devices. Working Principle

The machine’ s gap between two rollers can be adjusted freely between 1mm-20mm. After the roller’ s gap is predetermined, the crushing grain size can be controlled reliably, and all of it is discharged from the lower part of the crushing chamber with ideal grain size.
