What is Roller Crusher Machine

Roller Crusher Machine are suitable for coarse and medium crushing of brittle blocky materials in industries such as cement, chemical industry, electricity, mining, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, and coal mines. They have a large feed particle size and adjustable discharge particle size, and can crush materials with compressive strength ≤160MPa.

Especially in the coal industry, Roller Crusher are used to crush raw coal.After iron removal and impurity removal, there is no need to remove gangue, and crushing can be carried out directly. The crushed material has uniform particle size and low over-crushing rate, thus simplifying the coal selection process and reducing investment and production costs.

Sand Production Application

In sand production lines, the double-roll crusher functions as a sand-making machine, offering advantages such as no wear parts, low maintenance costs, adjustable sand particle size, high yield rate, and excellent sand particle shape. It is widely used in the sand-making industry.

Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.    

The double roll crusher uses two independently driven rollers that rotate in opposite directions, generating extrusion and shearing forces to crush materials. Feed material enters through the inlet, is crushed by the rollers, and discharged naturally. If unbreakable or oversized materials are encountered, the hydraulic cylinders or springs automatically retract the rollers to widen the gap, allowing the material to fall through safely. The discharge size is adjusted by controlling the hydraulic or spring pressure.
