How It Works

Four-Roll Crusher

The HSM Four-Roll system operates on a sequential extrusion principle. As material enters the upper V-shaped feeding zone, the first pair of counter-rotating rollers performs an initial fracture. Gravity immediately guides the pre-crushed ore into the secondary milling zone below. Here, the lower rollers apply precision compression to reach the final specified grading. This continuous gravity-fed workflow ensures consistent particle shape and eliminates the bottlenecking common in multi-machine circuits.
