Operational Principle

Powered by high-capacity dual-drive motor packages, two horizontally arranged toothed rolls rotate inward in opposite paths at regulated speeds. As raw bulk feed enters the main reduction throat, it is immediately caught by the heavy-duty wear-resistant casting teeth, which apply an intense combined mechanism of squeezing, tearing, and cleavage splitting. Raw materials are efficiently sized down to the pre-set parameters and gravity-discharged through the calibrated opening maintained by the smart hydraulic spacing system.
