The roll shell service life averages over 2 years, significantly reducing downtime losses and labor costs associated with replacing roll shells on large equipment.
Hydraulics: Intelligent Protection
Large equipment cannot afford “hard impacts.” When oversized metal contaminants enter, the hydraulic system instantly senses overload and automatically retracts the roll, then resets after the foreign object passes. The entire process requires no manual intervention or shutdown.
