Working Principle

The gap between the two rolls of the machine can be freely adjusted from 1 mm to 20 mm. Once the roll gap is preset, the crushing particle size can be reliably controlled, and all materials are discharged from the lower part of the crushing chamber at the ideal particle size.

Small spring double roll crushers, such as models 2PGT400×250, 2PGT400×400, and 2PGT610×400, with an hourly output of approximately 2-20 tons. These models are ideal for investment and use in small and medium-sized sand plants.

Medium spring double roll crushers, including models 2PGT750×500 and 2PGT800×600, with an hourly output of 10-50 tons.

Medium hydraulic double roll crushers, such as models 2PGY750×500, 2PGY800×600, 2PGY800×800, and 2PGY1000×800, producing 20-80 tons per hour. These hydraulic models are more intelligent, offer higher output, and save costs.

Large flagship series CNC hydraulic double roll crushers, including models 2PGY1000×1000, 2PGY1200×1200, 2PGY1500×1000, 2PGY1800×1000, and 2PGY2000×1000, with an hourly output of 80-400 tons. These models are suitable for medium and large sand plants.
