The tooth roll crusher is a high-performance piece of mining equipment, primarily composed of two sets of high-strength, wear-resistant toothed rolls. During operation, the two rolls rotate in opposite directions, crushing the material through shearing, squeezing, and other actions. With a compact structure and simple operation, it is suitable for coarse and medium crushing of materials with hardness below medium, such as coal, coke, and ores. It features a large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenient maintenance. In particular, it has strong adaptability to sticky and wet materials and is not prone to clogging. It is widely used in coal preparation, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and other fields.

Working Principle

The tooth roll crusher utilizes two wear‑resistant alloy toothed rolls that rotate in opposite directions to generate high extrusion force for crushing materials. Once the material enters the gap between the two rolls (the V‑shaped crushing chamber), it is broken down to the required particle size through squeezing, shearing, and grinding/abrasion actions. The crushed material is then discharged by conveying equipment.

Tooth shape classification
