All models adopt the principle of static pressure extrusion crushing: The materials enter between the two rollers evenly from above. Under the pressure of hundreds of tons exerted by the hydraulic system, they are slowly crushed. This method has no violent impact, low vibration, uniform wear, and the produced particles are mostly cubic, with few needle-like and flake-like shapes, and a low proportion of over-crushed materials. This is conducive to subsequent flotation or magnetic separation.
The core advantage lies in the material and manufacturing process of the rolls. HuaShengMing Heavy Industry strictly uses high-chromium-manganese steel for the entire casting of the rolls, without patching or welding. The structure is dense and the hardness is high (around HRC 60). When processing regular iron ore tailings, the service life can reach 2-3 years; if dealing with quartz-rich shale, tungsten slag, or vanadium-titanium magnetite, custom tungsten carbide column-nail rolls can be provided, which can increase the service life by more than 50% in extremely abrasive conditions.
In addition, the equipment supports full-load feeding. The materials naturally form a “”material bed”” between the rollers, which not only protects the metal rollers but also significantly reduces the risk of blockages. Even if the ore is slightly damp or contains a small amount of mud, it can still operate continuously, making it particularly suitable for production during the rainy season.
