A major coal preparation plant in Central Asia encountered frequent production bottlenecks caused by high-moisture raw coal and sticky clay mixtures. When the moisture content exceeded 15%, traditional equipment caused bridging inside the crushing zone, requiring frequent manual cleaning. This created severe instability for the downstream coking system and increased maintenance costs.

Active Shear-Splitting Action:
The specialized toothed roll design aggressively shears cohesive materials along their fracture lines, preventing the formation of mud cakes inside the crushing chamber.
