Compression Crushing Principle: Two rolls rotate in opposite directions to generate continuous compressive force, uniformly crushing the material between them. Compared to impact crushing, this low-speed compression method offers better adaptability to moist materials, reducing the likelihood of wet, sticky material causing blockages.

Hydraulic Release Protection System: When uncrushable objects enter the crushing chamber, the roll gap automatically opens to allow them to pass. After the foreign object passes, the rolls reset automatically without manual intervention, effectively protecting the roll surfaces from damage.

Wear-Resistant Roll Shell Design: The roll shells are manufactured from high-chromium manganese steel with added wear-resistant alloying elements, capable of withstanding the abrasive conditions caused by residual magnetic materials in the tailings.

Clogging Issues Significantly Reduced: The compression crushing approach avoids the adhesion problems associated with high-speed impact crushing. Screen clogging frequency has dropped substantially, and the production line operating rate has increased from below 60% to over 85%.

Stable and Adjustable Discharge Size: Depending on the subsequent use of the tailings, the roll gap can be flexibly adjusted via the hydraulic system. The processed tailings have a concentrated particle size distribution that meets construction aggregate specifications, successfully transforming solid waste into marketable building materials.

Wear Resistance Meets Operational Requirements: Under the abrasive conditions of processing tailings containing magnetic materials, the high-chromium manganese steel roll shells demonstrate significantly longer service life compared to standard roll shells. Replacement frequency is manageable, minimizing production disruptions caused by maintenance.

Throughput Matches Production Line Requirements: Equipped with two 55kW motors, the equipment delivers a stable throughput of 80 to 100 tons per hour, meeting the capacity needs of medium-scale tailings processing lines.
