The customer selected Huashengming 2PGT400×400 spring roll crusher. The equipment operates on the double-roll compression principle – two rollers rotate toward each other, applying continuous, uniform compressive force to the material, causing gold ore to fracture along natural fissures rather than being shattered. The output particle size is determined by the gap between the two rollers and can be easily adjusted. The roll gap can be flexibly adjusted to switch between coarse crushing below 8mm and fine powder down to 30-40 mesh, depending on process requirements.
