The inability to precisely control discharge size seriously affected the stability of downstream processes.

The Solution

After multiple rounds of market research and equipment comparison, both customers chose HSM full-hydraulic roll crushers.

The Chongzuo customer selected the 2PGY1000×800 full-hydraulic roll crusher, equipped with two 45kW motors and matching gearboxes. The equipment uses full-hydraulic control technology, allowing precise adjustment of the roll gap via the hydraulic system. Discharge size can be flexibly set between 1-20mm according to process requirements. The crushing method is lamination crushing — two highly wear-resistant rolls rotate toward each other at low speed, and the material is subjected to continuous high-pressure compression and shearing forces between the rolls, being “crushed” rather than “shattered,” significantly reducing the over-crushing rate.

The Leshan customer selected the 1212 full-hydraulic roll crusher, equipped with two 90kW motors, for processing limestone under 3cm after cone crushing. The equipment has a capacity of 120-150 t/h, suitable for medium-scale cement raw material production lines.

Operating Results
