Are the roller shells wear-resistant? How long do they last?

Huashengming roller shells are made of high-chromium manganese steel with rare alloying elements (patent pending). The average service life exceeds 2 years – no frequent hammer replacements like impact crushers, significantly lower long-term maintenance costs.

Can it handle moist materials?

Yes. The screenless design allows material to pass directly between the two rollers without being affected by moisture. Quartz stone inevitably contains some moisture during mining and stockpiling. Traditional equipment often clogs, while the roll crusher operates smoothly without issues.
