Sulfur Concentrate Sand Crusher
Pyrite is brittle and adhesive due to sulfur content. Ordinary crushers easily suffer from bin blockage and roller adhesion, requiring frequent shutdown cleaning and reducing overall production capacity.
Uniform particle size is required for finished sulfur concentrate sand. Excessive fine crushing leads to loss of fine pyrite particles and lower output of separated finished products.
Large hard ore lumps are mixed in raw ore, and iron impurities may be mixed in during crushing. Roll skins of conventional crushers wear rapidly and need frequent replacement.
Strict dust control standards are implemented in the plant. Old crushing equipment generates heavy dust and fails to meet environmental protection production requirements.
According to the property of sulfur concentrate sand, Huashengming engineers inspected the production site and designed a matched two-stage crushing set to tackle tough pyrite processing issues:
1.The primary crushing station uses a double toothed roller crusher. Its layered toothed rolls break massive pyrite chunks, with anti-stick tooth design stopping material buildup and frequent blockage halts. The wide feed opening takes 300mm raw ore directly without pre-sieving.
2.A hydraulic double roller fine crusher serves secondary crushing. Its wear-resistant alloy rolls resist abrasion from hard rock and iron debris inside pyrite. Built-in hydraulic overload protection retracts rollers automatically when uncrushable iron enters, avoiding roller breakage and lengthening equipment lifespan.
3.Precise adjustable roller gaps control output granularity and avoid over-crushing. More sulfur ore meets standard size, less sulfur concentrate sand wastes during sorting, and sulfur recovery efficiency gets lifted fundamentally.
4.All units reserve sealed dust removal joints to connect factory dedusting gear, limiting dust escape during crushing and meeting mine environmental norms.
