In rock tin ore beneficiation, cassiterite is brittle. The crushing stage must achieve sufficient liberation while avoiding over-grinding—once cassiterite is over-ground, gravity recovery drops significantly. II. Three-Stage Crushing Process

Stage 1: Primary Crushing (Jaw Crusher)

Run-of-mine ore (≤500mm) is fed via a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher, crushed to 30-80mm.

Stage 2: Secondary Crushing (Spring/Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher)

The primary crushed material enters a double roll crusher for secondary crushing, further reducing it to 10-20mm.

Stage 3: Tertiary Crushing (Fully Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher)

The secondary crushed material enters a tertiary double roll crusher, where the roll gap is precisely adjusted to crush the material to below 5mm, directly meeting the feed requirements for gravity separation equipment such as jigs and shaking tables.

The complete production line consists of: Vibrating Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Spring/Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher + Fully Hydraulic Double Roll Crusher + Vibrating Screen, forming a closed-circuit system.
