Two Types of Crushers
A: The core purpose of a crusher (crushing machine) is to reduce large blocks of mined ore, rock, or solid waste into smaller particles that meet industrial requirements through extrusion, impact, or other methods. Within the Huashengming Heavy Industry product line, its specific applications are mainly reflected in the following four areas:
- Capital Construction & Mining: Crushing raw ores such as granite, limestone, and basalt into sand and gravel aggregates of various specifications, providing standard construction materials for highways, railways, dams, and building projects.
- Mineral Processing (Gold, Iron Ore, etc.): In the metal ore processing flow, the crusher is a critical “preparation” equipment. It reduces large raw ores to millimeter-level fine particles in stages, achieving preliminary liberation of valuable minerals from gangue. This provides materials of suitable size for subsequent ball mill grinding and purification processes like flotation, magnetic separation, and gravity separation.
- Industrial Raw Material Processing: In industries such as coal, chemicals, and cement, it is used to crush medium-hardness and brittle materials like coal gangue, coke, and gypsum, providing appropriately sized raw materials for subsequent washing, combustion, or chemical production.
- Solid Waste Treatment & Resource Recycling: Efficiently processing construction waste, asphalt milled materials, and other waste, converting them into recycled aggregates to turn waste into treasure and achieve resource recycling.
