The Problem: Severe Iron Contamination & Excessive Slime Loss

A major potassium feldspar beneficiation plant was running traditional cone crushers and vertical shaft impactors for secondary fine-crushing. The high-speed kinetic collision inevitably caused severe metallic iron shedding, heavily polluting the ore flow (Fe2O3 > 0.3%) and destroying the fired matrix whiteness required for premium tile glaze and ceramics.
